to practice architecture and engineering in Tennessee, Alabama, and

Based on Whitehead+Oakley+Dunlap+Bumpas' current
staff, WODB is able to offer an entire package of architectural and engineering design
services: Civil (limited), Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical. Because
we are able to provide most disciplines in-house, we are able to offer better control of
the project design, coordination, time frames, and fees than companies who must
sub-contract out portions of their work. |
| At Whitehead+Oakley+Dunlap+Bumpas, LLC, we carry our
quality control from design through the construction process by also offering
construction administration, where we observe the contractors' work for compliance with
the drawings and specifications. We also approve all pay requests. |

Furthermore, we offer advice in land
acquisitions by evaluating properties and helping determine if the property will suit the
client's proposed facility. We also help determine if a property is suited for not only
the proposed use, but also any future use by designing a master plan for the client. |
| Whitehead+Oakley+Dunlap+Bumpas, LLC, is very
experienced in all areas of building construction and site design. By combining the 50+
years experience of the founding partners with the past experience of the current staff,
WODB is able to offer experienced design and consultation for the following building types:
religious, childcare, educational, elderly care, industrial, warehouse, recreational,
retail, and municipal facilities. |

| WODB is also very experienced in areas that deal
directly with the Farmers Cooperative system, since the founding partners have 35+ years
experience with the design of stores, warehouses, fertilizer buildings, feed mills,
conveying systems, retail and bulk petroleum facilities, and spill containment
reports. |

building materials and methods including: pre-engineered metal structures, wood framing,
steel framing, masonry, and heavy timber. |
