This
project designed in 1997 included a complete new facility for the Bledsoe Farmers County
Co-Op. It included a new store, warehouse, loading dock, offices, retail petroleum, bulk
loadout petroleum, exterior display area, and tire shop. The retail portion more than
tripled the existing store size and included 4 retail petroleum pump islands. By
locating the store, tire shop, and petroleum at one location, all services and goods are
centralized for the entire county. DBA assisted by providing analysis on the land being
considered for this new facility. A master plan was provided to ensure all buildings and
required roadways would fit the site before construction began. |
