This project consisted of retail tenant space
additions to Broad Street Centre in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The additions will add
approximetely 10,000 square feet and 7 tenant spaces to the Shopping Center anchored by
K-mart, Inc. The exterior consists of an E.I.F.S.
finish with corner tower to accentuate the addition. The exterior also constists of retail
storefront to match the existing portion of the shopping center. |
