This concession stand was designed to serve visitors
to Fred Deadman Park in Manchester, Tennessee. The concession stand is located in the
center of the rectangular building, with a serving window at either end of the room. The
restrooms are located on the parking lot end of the building and a meeting room, storage
and mechanical rooms at the other end. This project was
constructed in 4 months due to a tight schedule. DBA assisted in helping the city locate a
grille and pizza oven for use in the facility. The project consisted of a gabled metal
roof, load bearing masonry walls, and a 5' roof overhang around the entire building. |
