This project consisted of remodeling an
existing building and warehouse into a new warehouse and retail paint store. Additions
were also made to the existing building and warehouse in order to add more office,
warehouse, and retail space. The new additions total 2300 square feet to give a total
square footage for the building of 15,400 square feet. The interior of the building was completely renovated down to the structural
components. The structural steel framing of the main interior retail space with a vaulted
ceiling was left exposed to give the building an updated warehouse look. The entire
building was reroofed with a built-up standing seam metal roof over the existing roof. All
of the HVAC systems were also replaced and reconfigured to use exposed spiral ductwork. |
