This project
consisted of 65,000 sq. ft. of pre-engineered total building space. The
building itself consists of the following:
Tire retread plant: 14,000 sq. ft.
Tire storage warehouse: 31,000 sq. ft.
Truck service facility: 20,000 sq. ft.
The tire service area includes a showroom
display area, offices, and restrooms. An office area also exists on the
second level of the tire service area over the display area and restrooms.
The tire retread plant includes a cold storage area, restrooms, and offices
on the second level.
WODB completed the entire set of site plans,
architectural plans, structural plans, mechanical plans (HVAC and plumbing),
electrical plans, equipment plans, and landscaping plans. Carden Company of
Brentwood, Tennessee, was the General Contractor. |
