Legends Business
Center located on Legends Drive in Lebanon, TN was recently completed in
March, 2002. This 14,600 sq.-ft. facility contains 7,000 sq.-ft. for the
anchor tenant System Integrations, Inc. The remaining 7,000 sq.-ft. is
divisible into 5 tenant spaces ranging from 1,200 sq.-ft. to 7,000 sq.-ft.
in size.
WODB prepared a computer 3-Dimensional rendering of the proposed exterior
for marketing purposes before and during construction.
This contemporary
styled facility contains state of the art computer and phone systems. This
includes multi-media capabilities in an area with a seating capacity of 50
persons.
This project was
constructed under a design-build process with Stockton-Reece Construction,
LLC and was constructed for $1,000,000. |
