This project
consisted of the construction of an entirely new dealership facility for
Roberts Nissan in Manchester, Tennessee. The new facility is approximately
27,500 sq. ft. of total area including canopies and mezzanines.
The service portion of the
dealership consists of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. and features nine
service bays with oil and air drops and an underground vehicle exhaust
removal system. The showroom is approximately 3,100 sq. ft. and features a
22' high ceiling and a heavy duty ceramic tile floor.
The exterior of the
facility is clad in Nissan approved materials including metal wall panels
and specialty metal sidings. The structural engineering for the facility was
completed by St. John Engineering, Manchester, Tennessee. |
